About Us

We Are the National Alliance of Practitioners

By forming an alliance, we can accomplish what none of us could alone.

Collective Bargaining

Even though a union is impractical for independent contractors, NAP allows us to band together in an innovative way. With all the benefits of a union, we can collectively bargain, and even go on strike against insurance companies, if needed. This will give us the leverage we need to receive fair compensation.

Advocacy and Lobbying

Because we're a trade association, not a union, we are unbound by the laws that restrict unions. This allows us to advocate more freely. We plan to aggressively advocate and push lawmakers to do the right thing. Let's face facts, our system requires massive lobbying efforts to get laws that favor us instead of huge insurance companies.
